This week, continue with the website. Continue to design and code each page and enter the content for each page as available.

Arrange the following items:

1. Add a form to your web site
2. Create and add the client's banner
3. Arrange the photos or images on each page
4. Create the menu for your website
5. Create a style sheet to include on each page

What to deliver for Deliverable #4

1. Using Textpad, Notepad, MS Visual Web Developer or any other HTML development tool, continue to create your web site.
2. Combine the web pages into one zipped file.
3. Email the Team_X_Deliverable4 zipped file to the instructor.  (Replace the X with Team_A, B, C or D)
4. The deliverable is due the week the assignment is posted.
