Team Project: Deliverable #2 Design
Team Projects Information:
This week, design your web site. Using the information from your client or the instructor, design your web site.
Consider the following items:
- Choose two or three complementary colors and agree on a background
- You may want to search the web for styles which you may like. Find a template or a website you really like. Try the following links
- Decide on the menu system to switch from page to page and ensure your visitors can find what they are looking for easily. Most websites either display their navigation bar on the left or at the top. And since most people are used to this type of navigation, it’s best to stick with it.
Include in your web site:
Including each team member's web page, design the following into your web
site:
- An index.htm opening page
- Informational page about the client
- Links to related web sites
- A survey or form
Each team member:
- Agree upon a theme to your website and general layout
- Design of your part of the website
What to deliver for Deliverable #2
- Using any graphic tool to include; Microsoft Word, Visio, Paint or any graphic tool,
follow the example on page 80 of your textbook and draw a sketch of each web page
included in your website.

Along with each web page, write a brief description of what is to go on each web page.
The team leader will collect and combine the sketches and descriptions of the web pages into one document. Use Arial or
Times-Roman 12 point font. Include a cover page to include: the class,
team, the names of each team member, the date, and which deliverable is
being submitted.
- Team leader will email the completed Team_X_Deliverable2 document to the instructor.
(Replace the X with Team_A, B, C or D) and the team members complete the
Team Project
Deliverable #2 form and email to the instructor
