Launch
the quiz (if the quiz does not show up the first time, reload/refresh your
web page)
On the opening page at the bottom,
enter your:
User ID: This is your Butler User ID
(used to log in to the Butler Web site)
E-mail: Enter your Butler Email address
User Name: Your first initial and last
name
Start the quiz and submit the answers
when you are done
**Your quiz will be automatically submitted to the instructor
